Myrtle is the Face of Lolita Fragrances

Never has an endorser been such a perfect fit for a brand than Myrtle Sarrosa for Lolita Fragrances. She became known nationwide for being the winner of the recently held Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition but even before then, she was already making a name for herself in the cosplay world. Later on, the brand spokesperson Paul Chuapoco admitted that the Lolita line was made with Myrtle in mind. No wonder it seemed like a match made in heaven!

For those who have not yet heard of Lolita, it’s the new line of fragrances by Beauty Elements Ventures, Inc. (BEVI), also known as the makers of Kojie.San products. It is composed of five different scents made to embody a different side of every girl.

Last September 20, members of the press and bloggers witnessed the unveiling of Lolita and its endorser, Myrtle. There was a quirky runway show featuring members of the audience whose personal style stood out. As the finale, Myrtle came out wearing a really cute dress from Topshop.

I was surprised by how charming and well-spoken she was. Her answers to the questions thrown at her showed a maturity that was beyond her age. She was a natural on stage.

From the way she spoke, it was clear that she was very excited about Lolita because it contained every scent to suit her various moods and fancy. The scents in the line are as follows:

The CALI girl is fun and adventurous, always taking risks and daring to be different. Yet deep down, she is also a true girly-girl with a love for alluring floral scents that bring out her audacious feminine side.

CHICK starts off with a delicately sweet whiff and settles into a warm scent reminiscent of rich, velvety baby powder. Just a few sprays and you’ll have delectably lasting fragrance for hours.

A romantic fragrance all around, COSPINK will surely captivate your heart. Its dreamy blend of floral notes is part sweet, part flirty – and completely girly. A true pinkaholic’s dream!

Looking for the sweetest fruity scent to top off your look? FAIRY takes you to the next level with its sugary scent sure to leave people whiffing for more. Simply delicious!

This fresh and airy fragrance will leave you daydreaming about an endless summer filled with beach adventures and cool breezes. FANTASY’s light citrus notes simply make for the best tropical scent!

For the playful, outgoing girl – ROUGE is your perfect scent. Paint the town red in this classic flirty fragrance that will surely make a lasting impression.

When asked about her favorite scent from the line, she picked Cospink as the one she wore more often. Cospink carries a very sweet floral scent that’s easily a hit among girls. When my friend, Rhea, got a whiff of it after the event, she quickly texted me and Rovie asking us to smell it because really liked the scent.

Personally, although I’m quite addicted to the scent of vanilla, I quite liked the light and sweet fragrance of the entire Lolita line. I have yet to pick my favorite among the the five but I shall let you know once I do. 🙂

Here are some more photos from the event:

Carizza won a phone that night for being one of the best-dressed members of the crowd. Don’t you think she looks so cute?

If you would like to try these scents,  Lolita is available in all Watsons, Mercury Drug, Robinsons Supermarket and Department Stores nationwide.

  1. She looks prettier and more appealing without any costume or hair color.

I’d like to try the one with the floral scent, I wanna smell like fresh flowers for the rest of the day.

  2. I’ve known Myrtle from the PBB and I admired here ever since. It is good to know that more and more products and companies put their trust on Myrtle.

    Will check out Lolita 🙂

  3. I’m definitely not the market since I don’t know the model, I don’t watch PBB, and I don’t know the brand! LOL!!! But she’s really pretty.
From your comment on my post, I know you love Vanilla scents! I think with all the variants, it’s really the mood that dictates what you will spray on for that day — that’s how I’d do it. :))
