Cosmo @ 15: A Fun, Fearless, and Fab Party

I always enjoy going to Cosmopolitan Magazine – sponsored parties. They know how to have a good time and there are always some eye candies present to liven up the evening. Their 15th anniversary party was no exception. The night sparkled with the various sequined dresses of the female attendees (the style of the night, I must say) and inhibitions were loosened by the free flowing drinks served by The Bar and Tanduay.

My friend Zel and I, feeling a bit under dressed because everyone was wearing long evening gowns, had a jolly good time people watching and star spotting.

Here are some of the gorgeous people we were able to ambush that night for some event-style photos:

I was enamored by Kelly Misa when I saw her. She was so tall, slim, and beautiful. Her personality was lovely as well when Zel approached her requesting if she can have her photo taken.

Supermodel Danica Magpantay, on the other hand, was commanding attention in this sheer black lace number. My gosh, she was really tall and thin! I suddenly had issues with my body when I saw her.

My friend Zel had her dream come true that night when she had her photo taken with the Queen Mother Divine Lee, who was the epitome of a glamazon in her sparkly catsuit with metal accessories.

Joey Mead, the host for the night, was absolutely stunning in her sequined dress. Love her!

Then came my favorite segment of the night – the Top Cosmo Hunks strut their way to center stage making the girls in the audience shout in glee.

Brent Javier is my all-time favorite Cosmo Hunk. I remember I ripped a feature on him on Cosmo back when I was in high school and taped it on my bedroom wall. This man, despite his boyish looks, has got sex appeal.

Brapanese god Hideki Muraoka was also in the list…

… and so is Enchong Dee!

I think the favorite of the night, however, was cutie boy next door Paolo Avelino. He’s so cute!

A photo of the full line-up for all you ladies reading my blog:

Who’s your pick? Hahaha

Of course, Cosmo is all about the ladies, right? Hence, the Fun, Fearless Females of 2012 were also given credit.

My favorite was journalist Patricia Evangelista. She’s been a fearless storyteller on her Storyline features and her articles in Love her sexy flapper dress too!

Fashion blogger Laureen Uy was also on the list as the style maverick. Wasn’t able to snap a decent photo of her but don’t you think this one’s fun?

Anne Curtis, the cover girl for Cosmo’s May Anniversary issue, was of course also part of the list as the Superstar with legions of fans backing her up offline and online.

That was basically the highlight of the night. You guys should grab the special Cosmo issue this May to read more about the boys and girls below:

Now I can’t wait for Cosmo’s Bachelor Bash later on this year! That one’s a night of sinful indulgences and excessive exposure to all the male hotness in the Philippines. 🙂 Hahaha

Hope you’re all having a fun, fearless, and fab Sunday!!!

  1. Cool! The last Cosmo Anniv party I attended was 5 years ago pa. Yay, wonder if payagan ako uli ni hubby if ever I ask permission to go. I had issues with making paalam before dahil sa mga hunks na yan eh. Turkish men are typically jealous kasi. Hayy!

    Visiting from FFB Exchange 🙂
