I woke up in the middle of the night wondering why Tom hasn’t called yet. I was so sleepy earlier, he made me go to bed since I was literally falling asleep while we were attempting to watch a TV show. He was supposed to wake me after a couple of hours so that we can resume TV watching but I guess he just decided to let me sleep.
However, since I’m already awake anyway, I decided to write this quick post about yesterday’s outfit. I found this dress in a thrift shop in Naga City. It’s such a cute and fun piece and it kind of reminded me of a popular apparel here in the tropics, which we call “daster” (dust coat or a smock).
Normally, the comparison wouldn’t be a good thing since a “daster” is usually shapeless. In this case, though, the fun prints that I like in those smocks are translated into this fun, colorful, and well-fitted dress.Ooh, let me tell you about the shoes, which are from SM Department Store. At PHP299, I think they’re quite a steal! I was really delighted when I found them. Problem was it was difficult to find a small size for my size 6 feet.

wow! as in WOW with the shoes!!! That’s really a steal! ๐

Awww ๐ฆ I bought the dress from an Ukay Ukay in Naga City. The headband and belt are from SM Dept store in the accessories section. Not sure if it’s still being sold though as I bought it ages ago ๐ฆ
