Work’s been really hectic lately and I’ve had little time to write. It has even invaded my virtual spaces, i.e. Facebook and Twitter, thereby removing some fun out of the Internet. So for the past few days, I’ve been desperately craving for some music to help me relax. The problem: I don’t have iTunes. Since my Mac conked out, I haven’t had the time or energy to download iTunes and rebuild my playlist once more.
Good thing I found 8tracks.com. It’s a cool website where people can create their own playlists and share them with everyone. To quote, “8tracks is handcrafted internet radio. It offers a simple way for people to share and discover music through an online mix, a short playlist containing at least 8 tracks.”
Here are some of my favorite mixes:
For nights when you feel like stripping off all your clothes and howling at the moon.
Old favorites made new.
You Weren’t Wrong, Tom. You Were Just Wrong About Me.
My soundtrack for those days when I was missing my own Tom.
Let me know what you think of this website, guys. I’d be interested to know your favorite mixes as well. Enjoy!
